How Do I Save?

To save using MS Paint try this.

1st - Press your 'print scr' key - it is located on the top of your key board next to the F12 key.

Next hit the start button which is normally located on the bottom left hand corner of your screen.   

Then select programs

Then select accessories

Then select Paint - This will open an empty screen.

Then go up to the Edit Menu and select paste. - This should paste your entire screen. Which includes your doll.

You will see a tool box which is located at the top - left side. There is a picture of a star and next to it is a box (the cropping tool)

Select the Cropping Tool - Then go to where you doll is on the page and hit your left mouse button - hold it and drag a box over the doll.

After you have selected your doll it will look like this

With the doll still selected go back up to the "Edit" menu and select "copy"

Then go back up under the "Edit" menu and select "paste"

This should paste your doll by itself. (If you want the doll on a new blank page after you copy the doll. Go to the File menu and select new.)

Then to save the doll to your computer go back up to the menu under "File" This time and select the save as option.

Under file name - type in the name you want to call you file

And under "save as type"- select the 24-bit BMP, GIF or JPEG option

Make sure to check and see where the file is saving. It normally will save in your "my pictures" folder.

After you save your doll you can attach it to your e-mail and send it to Dollz Mania.
